ISO 17100 certification
The internationally recognized standard ISO 17100 replaces the NEN-EN 15038 and is aimed at translation service providers. Requirements are set about the translation process. These requirements focus on the process from quotation to invoicing and on the deployment of people and resources. With the ISO 17100 certificate, the organization demonstrates that translation services are carried out through a controlled process.
ISO 17100 is often combined with ISO 9001. Thanks to the structure of the standards, both management systems can be fully integrated.
